History

Hillendale Associates, Inc. has been providing insurance solutions since 1975. In October 2016, Hillendale joined U.S. Employee Benefits Services Group (USEBSG), a division of U.S. Retirement & Benefits Partners (USRBP), one of the largest national independent specialists in K-12 employee benefits and retirement planning services.

In 2022, Hillendale Associates, Inc. transitioned to their parent company name and is now also known as U.S. Employee Benefits Service Group. The partnership with USEBSG/USRBP has allowed our local team to greatly expand our product and service offerings as we continue to build upon the tremendous legacy of providing the highest level of service and expertise to our clients.

Being in business with a focus on Health and Welfare Benefits consulting since 1975, we have stayed true to our niche while expanding our footprint to provide best-in-class products and services. Being part of the USRBP family of companies has allowed us to bring national strength with a local approach, keeping our “boutique” methods while leveraging robust resources to design, manage, and implement solutions that best fit our clients’ needs.
